If someone is not aware. Such a good project exist!
It is Fully Open Source and all modules included are with clean licenses.
It is VCV RACK plugin but Free!

I just loaded it up and it works fine. Venus Theory (Cameron) did a good video on it.
The biggest limitation is that it only works with its own modules, not the commercial ones from VCV:
