The patch BPM BASS - 10 Dance Basses 4 with its default rhythm #07 Trickle Down Theory seems to have a sync problem. If I play middle C the rhythm sounds normal. But if I play both middle C and the C below at the same time, they go out of sync. Shouldn't they play the same rhythm?

The Guru Sampler instance on INST1 is set to Mono/Legato trigger mode, so it can only play one note at a time.

To achieve what you're after, change this to Polyphonic. See attached screenshot.

Shouldn't that mean that if you play two notes, only one of them should play? That was not the case.

That's what would happen if you have input MIDI routed straight into Guru Sampler, but in this case there is a MIDIBox in between, so the behavior is more complicated. MIDIBox seems to try to alternate. I don't have time to analyze why at the moment.
