Getting no sound.  Open Omnisphere say can't load sound source ESQ1 Atmos C3 from User location.  Seems all ESQ patches can't find source sound.

@chris-massa

I suspect there will be an update of Tetrasonics soon.

I have the same probs ..some Patches are not running: zBass - Neutron Bass JL , zPad -ESQ1 Atmos JL, zSFX-Modular Clang Bell JL and all zSynth - ESQ1.... if i open Omni then.... Notice: Cannot load Soundsource "Neutron Bass C3" etc. I refreshed the index in the Omni Browser... still the same bug.

If you got the updated Tetrasonics library, and are still having trouble with these sounds...

I found I had to go into the STEAM folder, remove all traces of the Tetrasonics library, then re-run Omnisphere 2 and refresh its patch and soundsource lists, and finally re-install Tetrasonics from the .omnisphere file. After that, everything played OK.

My case may be unusual, because I tested a few pre-release versions of the library before installing the official one.

Cheers Bernie

I've checked with John, and I'm awaiting his reply, but I think we did already issue an update for TetraSonics. Have you done the STEAM folder cleanup I mentioned in my previous post here?

Was this ever resolved? I've done the cleanup steps @getdunne suggestedand it didn't fix the issue.

@karlfranz

I've asked John to respond. Libraries are his department.

@karlfranz @boerni

I have just tried all of the patches mentioned above and they all work fine here (on Windows 10 Pro). I also tried scrolling through every patch in Unify and they all work.

I am using the latest version of Tetrasonics and its Unify library downloaded from my PG account around January this year.

Maybe it's worth trying a completely clean install again?

@zinct I did do a fresh install of Tetrasonics on my Mac after removing the existing version and re-downloading the library again. I followed the steps Shane outlined but had no luck. It’s no big deal, though. It’s not like I have a shortage of VST presets. 😀

@karlfranz

Yes understood. Maybe it's an issue with the Mac version, I don't know. I was going to rebuild the Unify patches but they work fine here so it seems a bit pointless.

Maybe if you find a faulty patch and step through what exactly is broken e.g. open O2 from Unify and see if the correct patch is loaded in O2 etc and I will try to recreate here.
