Air Transfuser 2 instant crash in 1.5
Mojave, Unify 1.5 standalone 😉
Can you post the crash report, please?
When crash report comes up, select all text, Cmd-C to copy, paste into TextEdit set to plain-text mode (please), save as a .txt file, zip and post here as an attachment.
Thank you for the crash report. The failure is a memory-address error somewhere in Transfuser. You might want to forward this crash report to AIR Music Technology at https://www.airmusictech.com/support.
BTW, TextEdit saved your crash-report text in RTF format. In future please use Format > Make Plain Text to set TextEdit to plain-text mode.
I suspect all these issues you have found may be related to GUI scaling. If you don't mind, please retry this one with scaling 100%.
@getdunne Will try in the studio today. I was part of the early beta team but don’t have any details for latest builds.
let me know if you want to test any Scaling issues 😉

Scale is 100% but sadly still crashing.
OK, thank you for trying. I don't have Transfuser 2, but I'll try the free Trial version and see what I can learn.
I just tested the VST version Transfuser 2 (15-day trial), not in Unify but in the JUCE AudioPluginHost demo app. I can't test in the Xcode debugger, because AIR plug-ins refuse to run "in the presence of debuggers". However, it crashes in exactly the same way as you have observed (bad memory address error, somewhere in the SteinbergAir::Vst::AirVstView::resize() routine (probably the containerWindowGeometry constructor).
Perhaps you could pass these details to AIR Music?
@getdunne I have no clout with Air, but you sure will.... mr super man developer 😎
HAHAHAHAHA you can't be serious. Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I'm sure no one at AIR would have the slightest care for what I think, because I'm not their customer.
As an actual customer, you have more "clout" with AIR than you might think. Not a whole lot, but more than you might think, because as a customer you may influence other potential buyers.
I will report to them but I doubt anything will happen.
they update their plugins as often as trump pays tax.
cheers 😉
