In Windows Explorer, navigate to Unify's main data folder. (In Unify, click the gear icon for Settings, then click "Open..." beside where it says "Data folder" on the left.) Locate the Libraries folder, and go into it. Locate the User Library folder; that's the one you'll need to copy. I'd suggest zipping it, and copying the zip file to your Surface Pro.

On your Surface Pro, go through the same procedure, to locate the User Library folder. If you haven't yet created any patches there that you want to preserve, simply delete it and replace it with the unzipped copy of your original User Library. If you have created patches, go two levels down into the User Library/Patches folder, and add just the patches (.unify files) you want.

After you're done, run Unify and click the lightning-bolt icon at the top of the patch browser, to rebuild the patch database. You should then be able to see all the patches you copied over.
