I have created several user patches which I now want to delete from showing in my User Library. I have removed them from my Hard Drive but they still appear in my User Library in Unify. "Right-clicking" on the patch opens an inactive Delete this Patch option. Any help would be appreciated.

If you add or remove files from Unify's folders manually, Unify won't "know" to update its patch database. Click on the lightning-bolt icon at the top of the Unify patch browser to force it to update the patch database. This takes a bit of time, because it has to check every file to see which ones are added, removed, or updated.
It's generally recommended to remove patches in Unify itself (load patch, right-click on patch name, choose "DELETE"). However, the manual method can be quicker if you need to add or remove many files.
