I noticed that the github version of the dragonfly reverbs differ from the unfy versions as far as their GUIs is concerend. Primarily, the analyzer which shows the frequency distribution over time has been removed from Room, Hall and Plate algos. Sliders have been replaced by rotary knobs.

Dragonfly ER:

  • Basically the same
  • List with presets have been replaced by a dropdown menu (slower to operate)
  • Sliders for Dry and Wet Levels have been replace by Rotary knobs (slower to operate, provides less visual feedback)

Dragonfly Hall, Room, Plaste:

  • Sliders for Levels (Dry, Early, Send) have been replace by Rotary knobs (slower to operate, provide less visual feedback)
  • Frequency Distrubution over Time analyzer removed
  • List with presets have been replaced by a dropdown menu (slower to operate)

Yes, this Dragonfly Reverbs project on GitHub differs from this one. The signal processing is essentially identical, but the GUIs are not.

This is the "Questions about Unify" section of the Forum. Is there a question you would like answered?
