Hi all. I cannot find Midi Box I am able to find poly box but no midi box.

Im trying to follow Johns latest video but I dont have the patch he is saying to use.  "Arrival-11 Midi Files Evolve"

I know I have most likely done some thing wrong but not sure what it is.

Update. I found "Arrival-11 Midi Files Evolve" in patches but when I open the patch it loads without Midi Box.

All fixed. Problem one. I was using an old desktop link for the previous version.

Second Problem. There were no midi files in the mid folders so I manually place them there.

One small problem is that the midi files are doubled up.

Can you post a screenshot? I'm not sure what you mean.

Upgraded the standard library via the standalone settings, and the midi files are found fine in:

<Drive\Dir where I keep them>\Libraries\Unify Standard Library\MIDI Files

@getdunne Sorry Shane. The patches are doubled up not the midi files.

Doubled patches is not a good thing, and should be corrected. This usually happens for one of two reasons:

  1. You actually have two library folders under .../Unify/Libraries which have the same patches in them. Have a careful look, and if you have ended up with an extra copy of a library folder (it might even be inside another library folder), you need to delete the duplicate and rebuild the patch database.
  2. You have duplicates of just some patches, but with different file names, so Unify sees two copies. The best cure for this is to just delete the whole library folder (e.g. Unify Standard Library or whatever), and then re-install it with the latest .guru file.

There's a page in the Unify manual which has pictures illustrating how Unify's content folders should be structured: https://pluginguru.net/unify/manual/doku.php?id=files-folders-106 . Have a look at these, and compare with the actual files/folders on your machine, and you may find duplicates that shouldn't be there.
