Thank you!

It looks like you bought Unify from somewhere other than PlugInGuru.com, so your Unify license isn't in our database. Please contact UnifySupport@ILIO.com.

I did buy it from pluginguru. I even downloaded the latest 1.1.10 directly from the “my products” page.

The email receipt is dated 1/14 12:19PM.

My apologies, Eric! Somehow I couldn't find you when I first looked.

I have increased your Unify activation count, so you should be able to activate Unify on your new iMac now.

Shane,

No worries at all! I'm going to do a factory restore of my older Mac - if there's a way to remove the license from that computer I'm happy to do it if you'd like.

Also, I may have the same issue with CloudCity? (I'm not at home now so can't check), since that was also installed on two Macs. Thanks!

There is no way to "remove" a license-activation at this time. Don't worry, just go ahead and do your factory restore, then re-activate Unify and Cloud City V1. We have already bumped-up your activation counts for both, so you shouldn't have any trouble, but if you do, just let us know. Enjoy Unify on your new iMac and your restored older Mac!

Shane,

Thanks again. Oh, I’m not fancy enough to have two iMacs, the older is on its way to Apple 🙂
