Kontakt instruments do not respond to midi learn commands UNLESS a Unify macro knob has already been set up with a CC. This means that for every parameter you want to automate in Kontakt, you first have set set up an equal number of Unify macro knobs with the desired CC. They do not have to be linked to anything in advance. Other instruments, eg Serum, work as expected and midi learn direct from their interface.

@petc are you on Mac or Windows? Kontakt 6 or 5 or what?

MIDI learn works fine with Kontakt 5 in Unify on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6. Please provide your details so I can try to reproduce.
