@getdunne Hey Shane,

I was wondering if there is a feature in Unify where you can save and load Keyboard mappings. For instance, Let's say I'm doing sets of 4, 6 or 8 layers and I want to save the mapping for that patch and load and use it in another patch? The reason I ask is a lot of the multi's I'm creating in Unify from their Omnisphere counterparts, where he's using multiple samples across the keyboard have similar mappings. Some have identical mapping. Would be nice if it's not available to save and load mappings. Hope you're having a great weekend. Like the new features that are coming!!!

Thanks

KWCIII

We've thought about creating some kind of key/layer layout presets, but haven't done it yet. If you have a layout you like, you can save your own "layout template" patch just by option/alt-clicking to delete any MIDI and audio plug-ins you don't want, then perhaps replace the instrument plug-ins with Sine Wave Synth, and save as a user patch.

This approach is arguably more flexible than some kind of "save layout only" function, because you get to decide what plug-ins to keep in your templates. If you're making a template for Omnisphere 2 multis, for example, you'd just leave the Omnisphere instances in place when saving.
