Hi.

Love the work you guys are doing, rabbit holes forever indeed!

I bought Lunacy Audio's Cube yesterday despite my wallet's protests. It loads and plays in Unify standalone, but if you try and close the window of the vst, it goes blank and Unify won't react to anything but the ctrl-alt-del last resort. I could save a patch with it, change to another patch and change back, but trying to close its window if you open it seems to be the problem.

Plugin is VST, Unify standalone in Windows 10.

Just tried it in Reaper too, same problem, and also caused other Unify instances in the project to lock up so I had to nuke Reaper too.

Is this a Unify issue or should I let the makers know? It's quite a fun thing and I'd love to be able to work with it in Unify, especially as it is due to be updated to allow user samples to be loaded in the future.

Keep on Unifyin'

what happens if you run the plugin in Reaper without Unify?

Cubase 12 Pro, Win 10 Pro (x64), several different midi controllers

Hi.

Seems to work fine. Same in Studio One. Haven't tried the standalone properly yet.

Cheers

@missjan

Please do contact Lunacy Audio to report this, and post the issue ticket-number here. Then I will contact them myself, referring to that number.

Hi,

I can't find a way to send you a private message. Lunacy Audio didn't give me a ticket number but they did write a very nice, thoughtful reply and say they are looking forward to solving this issue with you.

I presume if you are Admin then you can see my email address. It's the same as the one I use with the Lunacy Audio account so referencing that should help, in lieu of a ticket number.

Thanks for being so responsive!

@missjan

I was away for a few days but I'm back now. I just sent in a message to Lunacy Audio, referencing your email address as advised. Hopefully we can get this resolved soon for you.
