This is my first post and I have looked through the on-line info but cannot find an answer but please excuse me if I have overlooked it.

I feel sure that I have seen in Unify whilst poking around the various screens that a screen popped up and showed all the midi data being sent to unify by a midi keyboard. Maybe I dreamed it 😐 However would appreciate being shown how to access this feature.

@rfi-bill

There's a built-in plug-in called MIDI Monitor. In an INIT patch, click on the "ops button" (concentric circles icon) in the "Sine Wave Synth" instrument box, and choose "Swap: All Instruments > Built-In > MIDI Monitor". See attached screenshot.

I just realized there's no manual entry for this. I'll add one tomorrow.

Many thanks Shane, good that you are now adding it to the on-line instruction manual. It also confirms that my memory does work, although the recall function is a bit suspect.

Hi Shane

May I make a suggestion to the Filtering Option of the Midi Monitor.

Add a drop-down list box where you can select which channel to display 1 to 16. The default being All

@rfi-bill

Terrific suggestion for MIDI Monitor, thanks. This is done and will appear in the next Unify update.

BTW I had to edit your post to make it legible. It was showing in a microscopic font, possibly as a result of preparing the text in some kind of rich-text editor and copy/pasting it. If you're going to do this, I'd suggest using a plain-text editor only.
