@ro-mix

Please explain in a bit more detail. Do you mean you want one INST layer to respond to MIDI data on eight different channels? If so, what is the source of the eight channels of MIDI data?

OR, do you mean you want to record the MIDI output from one or more MIDI layers into your DAW?

I use step sequencers and VCV RAck and Reaktor as a generative sources. I thought i could use one instance of Rapid f.e to play on 8 channels.
So yes, i thought is it possible for layer to recieve from several midi layers.... May be Combo box can help...i`ll try...

Each INST layer can receive from only one MIDI layer.

ComboBox does allow merging of MIDI outputs to a single MIDI input, so this will probably work for you.

However, in Unify, it might be better to just use eight INST layers, each listening to just one MIDI channel, with one instance of Rapid on each. All Rapid instances will then run on separate CPU cores, so your CPU load will be lower than routing all eight sequences to a single Rapid instance.
