I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and just tested the free version of Syntronik 2 (v2.0.1) in Unify standalone.
I am not getting any crashes when I close the Syntronik 2 window or at all.
Maybe try the following...
- Check that you are running the latest version of Syntronik 2
- Do a full rebuild of Syntronik's database
- Do a full plugin rescan in Unify (VST 2 and VST 3).

Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried them all with no change. I'm fairly sure that the free version (Syntronik CS) is a somewhat different program from the full version. As a full version owner, I am not given the option to install the free version, so I can't confirm this. I've check other IK Multimedia programs that I own and none of them exhibit the same crashing behavior.
