Need Another Activation
I have had major DAW issues (my main DAW died) and after a few failed rebuild attempts, I'm out of Activations for Unify and need one for the brand new one that just arrived. I've emailed tech support but have received no response. How do I get another activation?
Sometimes John and Taylor get busy and aren't able to respond quickly. I've looked you up and bumped up your Unify activation count. You should be able to activate Unify again.
I'm not sure what you mean by "main DAW died". You would normally only need to re-activate if you had reinstalled your operating system, or moved to a new computer.
@getdunne - Thanks Shane. What I meant is my PC with Unify on it just stopped working (deep hardware level situation). I tried a few times on other systems to reinstall Unify before finally just buying a brand new, very powerful PC and its great but I did a fresh install of everything so its a big process. I ran out of activations but have it all up and running again. I hope you are doing well at your new place. Stay well!
