Hey, Happy Holidays! I bought the Chilly Pop library today with several others and as I improv melodies I noticed that if I hit two keys by accident it turns the volume down on on Track one. This has been on the PC. BPM SPLIT - Phrase Jams. It did it on several patches on a 50% happening rate.

Happy holidays to you too Kendall!

I haven't been able to reproduce this yet, but I did get one very strange glitch that I also haven't been able to reproduce. Can you give a more detailed recipe: exact patch name + which two keys you hit, and which split region(s) those keys are in?

@getdunne

Originally I had my 49 key keyboard Octave transposed up an octave so it was between G5 and C6 keys (Hitting 2 of those) which would have been Instrument 4 in the Patch BPM SPLIT - Phrase Jam 075, but it happened again on the patches after that, so Phrase JAM 085 and 110. But It hasn't happened since?!?!, I've been trying again the last little while. What was so weird about it was that it was turning the volume on INST 1 all the way down. But It seems I'm also having trouble with my Sustain pedal, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to buy another pedal, cause it's giving me issues in all my Apps. Wondered if it might be related to the pedal. Hopefully that helps

Thanks

In those patches, the 9th macro knob (1st one on 2nd page) is linked to INST1 mix level. If you have a CC assigned to that knob, you might be getting spurious CC messages with that number. Try temporarily removing the CC assignment and see if the problem goes away.
