Yes - if you read the user guide it specifically mentions this - you would also have the same issue if you transpose notes in any of the layers in the layer controls - because poly aftertouch messages are linked to specific MIDI note numbers.
The solution for the moment is to do the transpose inside the target instrument.
Thanks, Paul! Surprisingly, when you modify the pitch directly in the layer, there's no problem. It works perfectly.

OK.. I am surprised the transpose in the layer also takes care of poly-AT messages - I didn't think that is the case. I'll have to double check.
I had already discussed this with Shane 5 years ago when I did my first tests with Osmose, and he corrected it.
After that, we could transpose the layers without losing the polyaftertouch 😉
