Are there any built in effects in Unify that will automatically sweep the panning of an Instrument layer left to right and back? Could that be another feature of Pump House?

Check out mda RoundPan, which you'll find listed under Add: Unify Standard > Dynamics items for adding an audio effect.
John and I have talked a lot about adding additional types of modulation to Pump House, so we're definitely thinking along similar lines.
