Problems with payment

Good morning,

Sorry, I'm definitely on the wrong topic, but I don't know where to post it.

I made a payment via credit card.

During validation (which was approved, no messages of concern or refusal), I did not receive any proof of payment message and did not receive an email for the processing of my purchase.

Could you tell me why my purchase was not validated.
