Hi Shane,

Into Unify 1.1.3 I've a srange problem with Halion Sonic, if I open a patch to edit this, then I c'nt see the full window, only a part of it (look at the printscreens) .. this on the VST3 Version. In the VST2 Version, I can see the full window, but the window of Halion is NOT movable anymore. It is the same in the standalone, even into the DAW. I work on Win10 (2020) and Bitwig, Cubase 10.5 and Ableton 10Β

All the best
Bernie

I can't reproduce this on my Windows 10 PC using HALion Sonice SE3, either VST2 or VST3 versions.

Do you happen to have two or more monitors, set to different scale factors? Unify does not handle that correctly.

I have latest Cubase and Win10, with Unify 1.1.3, Halion Sonic SE 3 and Halion 6. I have dual monitors both with the same scalling. I cannot replicate this behaviour either in either VST2 or VST3.

For what it's worth, building a GUI in Halion 6 isn't particularly friendly to DPI and scaling, so what Shane said regarding dual monitors could be a factor. But I also think that there are some things that are fundamentally broken in VST3 - I have many problems with them generally, not just with Unify.

Windows 10 Pro 64Bit 20H2 (19042.630) UK English // Intel Core i5-9500 // 40GB RAM // Behringer U-Phoria UMC204HD // Cubase Pro 11

Yes ... I've 4 different Monitors, 1 with 3440x1440, 1 with 2560x1440 (that's the main monitor) and 2 with 1920x1080

but now, since I know the problem exist, is'nt a problem for me anymore , I can live with that and d'nt use Halion's within Unify πŸ˜‰

Cheers
