hi everyone

was hoping I would be able to run unify in mainstage however when I click input on a channel strip all my usual plugins are there i.e Kontakt and omnisphere etc but Unify isn't there.

Is this possible do I need to do something else ?

Any help would be appreciated

Unify certainly works in Mainstage 3 for me. I'm not sure what's going wrong.

Hello @nickycrow1,

it works with my mac mini but I can help you, although my system language is in german.

If you install Unify on your mac, neither Logic Pro X nor Mainstage are aware of the new AUi plugin.

You need to scan for new plugins doing following:

Go to Mainstage 3-> Settings -> Plug-in-Manager. it shows all available AU and AUi on your system.

You might see the Pluginguru folder or you may scroll to Unify by manufacturer Pluginguru (it was in my list), but it had no validation mark checked.

If you highlight the entry Unify and click on the button named "Reset and scan selected items anew",

Unify will go through Apples AUi validation process and will set unify active in Mainstage.

At this moment it will show up in Mainstage and, the process might be nearly the same for Garageband (haven't checked this)

Does that help you in any form? Hope that helps.

Greetings and God bless, Marius

Hello @nickycrow1,

glad to help but also glad for your response. There might be a few others that don't know how to solve it.

Greetings from Germany and God bless, Marius
