I didn't see these requests entered previously and I don't believe they are implemented in Unify yet. My suggestions:
- (1) A global option to select whether Unify either opens Initialized (as it does now), or opens to the preset that was either last selected from the Library OR last saved when Unify was closed. Unsaved modified patches, when Unify is closed, would be ignored;
- (2) The ability to view the patch's description without opening it. Viewing a meaningful description before actually replacing the currently opened patch could be useful for browsing for a certain type of patch. For example, add this feature as a menu item to the patch browser right-click context (pop-up menu), or add it to pop-up in a text box automatically when hovering over a patch after a 2-3 second hovering delay (which could be turned on/off using a global option). Optionally, add a setting for the delay time.
Thank you. -Brian

Actually these are two of the most-requested changes, but your concise description is quite helpful.
Both features will be available in Unify v2.
