CPU Usage for Standalone and plugin
it would be useful when building complex patches with several layers to verify the CPU usage. Like in UVI Falcon and another packages

AFAIK, any sort of CPU meter reading & task measurement, ironically consumes a fair amount of CPU usage.
The best way (for now) is to depend on the common sense, whenever we start hearing glitches, then it's time to reduce some polyphony or to eliminate some layers 🙂

I find it very helpful on Falcon, Parawave Rapid and VPS Avenger among other multi layer plugins that have this feature.
If I am including some new layer and see sudden increase on cpu resources, I may switch to another synth engine or, as mentioned, limit polyphony to conserve some cpu with same results (i.e. Additive Engine in Falcon).
Just easier to debug and compare between presets...

It's on the list; I'll get to it eventually, but as you say, there are higher priorities at the moment.
In the meantime, you can use the CPU metering facilities provided by your OS (Windows or MacOS). Use the view which shows all CPU cores. If any are heading toward 100%, you're overloaded.
