Have you adjusted the GUI size in the settings (up to 200%)? Works great even on a 40" 4K HDTV monitor.

Unfortunately, GUI scaling is almost completely broken on Windows.

@daren @getdunne I do have mine set at 125% on a 1920x1080 monitor.

However, it would be nice to have a full screen library and patch view...
