Mono-izing utility effect

Please let me know if there is a way to do this already which I have missed..

Occasionally an instrument outputs stereo when a mono output would be preferable and there is no easy way to toggle mono at the instrument level. For example some instruments pan with keytracking so lower notes go left and higher notes go right..

It would be useful if Unify had a standard utility effect to either outright mono or narrow the stereo field of audio passing through it. Something along the lines of Ableton's 'Utility' device with a control for width and the super-useful facility to mono-ize below a variable cutoff frequency would be great.

Use an empty ComboBox and simply connect the Left input to both outputs.

@getdunne I think that John uses the mdaStereo plugin and sets the width to zero.
