Hi,
I wanted to have a go at creating my own version of a Unified Library for GForce Oddity3 using the autohotkey script that Shane created.
Trouble is, the patch names are not populating into the INST1 layer name, and therefore the script will not be picking up the name.
I have seen the same issue with Cherry Audio VST synths.
Of course, this could be an issue that is particular to my laptop (your software/hardware combo may work perfectly).
Unify will only automatically set the INST layer name if (a) the instrument plug-in supports it, and (b) the layer name hasn't been set explicitly.
In my experience, all Cherry Audio plug-ins meet condition (a), so I recommend that you double-click the INST1 layer title bar, erase any text that is there, then hit Enter (Return), and see if Unify updates the layer title after that.
@getdunne Yes - works now for CA synths. Doesn't seem to work for the GForce Oddity3.
Did Graeme manage to have a chat with anyone at Pluginguru? He did think that "we" unify their products before they are released?? maybe he doesn't realise that we may have been unifying it the old fashioned method rather than using autohotkey scripts?

I have no idea, but I'll pass this on to John.
