This is wonderful - thank you! I'll get this to Stafano along with the Unified Mac version I've created so he can release to everybody an updated version that will work with the newest versions of Kontakt 6.

When you contact Stefano, let him know that I, quite easily, can make changes to the library with my ”tools” within limits😀. So if he wants some changes, he can contact me through you or directly by mail.

In order to use this:
- Windows only
- You own UNIFY
- You own Kontakt 6 full version
- You own ETHERA GOLD 2.5
- You own ETHERA GOLD - CYBERWORLD

Just saw that Stefano released updated versions of his Unified files for his libraries, see Youtube ( https://youtu.be/4MugcG_h-bQ ), so my files above are obsolete 😀 !

Let's leave it here a while longer, so people can post their thoughts on Stefano's update.

I had not spotted this thread earlier, but found the link to the Cyberworld Unified library on a web page of Stefano's.  However when I tried to install it I hit a problem.  The Cyberworld expansion is normally installed WITHIN the Ethera Gold 2.5.1 folder, and the versions of the guru files on Stefano's webpage point to two slightly different versions of the folder: Gold points to "Zero_G-Ethera-Gold-251", and Cyberworld points to "Zero-G_Ethera-Gold-251R1".  The differences in these folder names are subtle, but enough to kill the link for one or the other, depending on what your folder is called.  Short of duplicating the 33 GB folders, I eventually realised that what was needed was a symlink in the Ethera folder to point to the incorrectly named (on my system) folder, so that I can have both working at the same time.  If it helps anyone, this was the syntax I used.

MKLINK /j "H:\Native Instruments\Kontakt Content\Zero-G\Ethera\Zero-G_Ethera-Gold-251R1" "H:\Native Instruments\Kontakt Content\Zero-G\Ethera\Zero_G-Ethera-Gold-251"

I have notised that Stefano tends to change foldernames and -structures from time to time. I have recently unified Elements and Stefano released several additions after that and for each the naming of the snapshotfolders varied slightly every time. Unfortunately this makes it almost impossible to share the Unify library. 

Thanks - that’s a shame, as it would be fantastic to have Elements Unified, but as you say, if he keeps releasing extra snapshots, it is complicated. Maybe he will settle down eventually and move on to the next new thing…

The snapshots are not a problem since I have set up my macros to automate the unifying process that I can reuse for each new "library" that is released.

I can share what I've done if you want. I've made for separate libraries so far:

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how much that has to be done locally for it to work with Kontakt 6. In the best case, it is sufficient to use SYM links. If you are interested, let me know and I can post a link so you can download and try it out. I've had some plans to make a short YouTube clip to show how it works, but it's not done yet.

I am not sure if you are on Win or Mac? The following are based on the assumption that you are on Win. 

Ok, let's give it a try. We can start with "Unified - ZERO-G Elements" (it contains the snapshots for "01 ELEMENTS.nki"). If this work, I can send you the rest of the libraries. The .guru files for Kontakt libraries are quite big (665 MB for this library only).

Download the this file and follow the "brief" instructions in the PDF-document.

I have no idea if this will work. I am most doubtful if the macros will work because I have fixed a lot with these.. I've addeed a "Midi Controller Preset" to set up the CC's which corresponds to the ones in the Kontakt patches. If this doesn't work, I can relatively easily create unified libraries without macros. Just let me know. Unfortunately Unify doesn't support different Midi ports, so if using thes patches to layer with other VSTi's will probably cause unwanted effects, so I will probably do that anyway.

Set up the SYM-link as instructed in the attached instructions. Beware that the name of the Kontakt folder must be set as mine or it will not work.

Just drag the Guru file in to Unify as usual and try it out!

If it doesn't work, just delete the library folder in Unify and rescan.

@thsve, @robertpeveler Unify v1.7 will have OSC support built-in, so you won't even need to install TouchOSC Bridge.

After a lot of problems with another Kontakt library, see thread https://forums.pluginguru.com/unify-patchbook/unified-pluginguru-kontakt-megamagic-pads/#post-11739  I’m not sure that it will work. For this library you must use a symbolic link, the other way is not going to work unfortunately.

Thanks for the link - I open the Guru app - point to the folder Zero-G_Ethera-Gold-251R - the symbolic link is created - I am still not getting the ETHERA GOLD 2.51 patches to open?

I worked with Stefano to get Ethera Gold working a while back and since then Native Instruments has updated Kontakt 6 and the procedure of getting the Unified library to work has changed and I'm not sure of what the official recommended steps are to success. Can you please contact Stefano and his team at Zero-G? I'm certain he'll help get you up and running!

English is not Stefano's first language. I think he's saying that the unified version of Ethera Gold is a free bonus item, so it's best not to expect too much in terms of support, and he ask have you read whatever setup guidelines ("workflow") he has provided.

Hopefully, some of the other Unify users on this Forum may be able to advise you. It would help a lot if you specified which version of Kontakt you are you using, and whether you are on Windows or Mac. Looking at your screenshot, I would guess Windows. Where did you put the Ethera Gold folder on your system? Is E:\Developing\SVILUPPO a valid folder location on your PC? There are many variables in this problem. It may take some time to track this down.

A: No that path does not even exist; that is why I am confused how this symbolic link was made with the Guru link app???

The correct path which I point to using the app is: E:\Zero-G_Ethera-Gold-251R1

The Library folder has the correct name? Is the same of the GURU LINK?

Try to understand How Unify Works and where save the GURU LINK, maybe yuo can create it with the correct name that must be the name that you see in the instruction.

Ok I cracked it...

Stefano insisted in his installation video that you point the Guru-Link-app at the specific folder: Zero-G_Ethera-Gold-251R (Do not change this folder name he stated)

As the Guru app symbolic link says Zero-G Ethera Gold 2.5, I changed folder name from Zero-G_Ethera-Gold-251R to Zero-G Ethera Gold 2.5

I made the same path folders as the symbolic link made and placed the Zero-G Ethera Gold 2.5 folder in there so it all matched...

path = E:\Developing\SVILUPPO|Zero-G Ethera Gold 2.5

@thsve I could not get the version you linked to to work - the Guru link is pointing to the correct folder on my system, named as you specified, but Kontakt itself is looking for samples on an L drive, not the Public Documents drive where the link is, and where it should be pointing to.
