I just want to let you know we are aware of this and it's fixed and coming in a new build soon.
In fixing the Gig Performer 5 related issue I went a bit too far and blocked updates unless the transport is actually playing and as a result the time-signature and tempo won't synchronize with the host/DAW in plugin mode until you hit the play button in your DAW (so this is the workaround for the moment).
The fix is simple, but we do need to take our time to test releases so it might be a week before the next update goes live.
