Hello,
In Unify (v1) and initial V2 we were able to set the IN and OUT channels of the AUX Layers (bottom right [OUT] & left [IN] side of AUX strip layer). Thus, this would provide the ability to use external hardware (reverbs, etc..) to process the sound then bring back via an INST Layer (Audio INPUT). The Unify 2 (version v2.01.3) AUX layers do not provide for such. Was this feature disregarded, or, is it "in the works" for future update?
OK, so, I just found out that my interface was having a problem. Thus, was not recognizing the INs/OUTs. Still troubleshooting my interface, yet, I believe this is NOT an issue. Please disregard post/thread.
OK no worries. I don't remember this being a feature of Unify1. We do have an issue that sometimes selected audio inputs (in standalone mode) become unselected - I suspect because of the OS re-assigning IDs, but we need to investigate that.
(If no inputs are selected, then the input options are hidden on the layers)
