Ok here's what I'm thinking. So I'm on stage and wanting to play using Midibox but I want it to play in parts, I know that I could just set up multiple layers with the different parts of the Midi file, but that would take up Multiple layers out of the 24 we have to use. I also know we could add more but what if (this mostly has to do with doing big INTROS or something) I could press the keys down and it would shuttle (or shuffle) through a midi file and would have some sort of Sync to where it could adjust for playing abnormalities (being my ridiculous lake of talent) and land on (each or next) Measure start. So like if I was playing two measures at a time then let up the keys, then when I hit the keys again it would start at the next (closest maybe?!) measure start.

I had been playing with Combo Box and midi files and thought I could use the combination in some pretty intricate intros, but the way it is now, it will always start back at the beginning.

In the picture I was just marking for if I was playing two measures then it would start at the orange start spots.

I'd recommend just putting the different parts onto different tracks of your MIDI file. The track-selection is available for parameter linking so you can set it in real-time via MIDI.

But probably I just don't understand what you're trying to achieve. Please explain what you want to do, without suggesting any specific changes to the software -- just what you want to play, and what you want to hear when you do.
